The Apostle John said, " Beloved, now we are the sons of God." He didn't say by and by we are going to become sons of God. He said we are that now, today, this moment.

" Now we are the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shallsee him as he is"

God looks out upon His Heaven by means of my (our) eyes, and I let this perfect action take place. I need no help in doing this, for God's eyes are my eyes now.

 "I am what I am because early in life I decided that I would please at least myself in all things."

If a physical fact can produce a psychological state, a psychological state can produce a physical fact. If the effect (a) can be produced by the cause (b), then inversely, the effect (b) can be produced by the cause (a). Therefore I say unto you, "What things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye have received them, and ye shall have them" (Mark 11 :24-) E. R. V.

Wealth

Leave the state containing poverty and move into the state containing wealth, and wealth will take on reality. This room has reality and substance because you are thinking from it.

Think of a room, however, and it is but a shadow. Think of a state and it seems a mere possibility. But enter it by thinking from the state and it is the only reality.

Blake said: "If the spectator could only enter into the image in his Imagination; if he could make a friend and companion of his image, he would rise from the grave and meet the Lord in the heavens."

Now, buried in a state, you are a spectator of other states. But if you will rise from your present state and bury yourself in another, you will express it. If you can be what you want to be, why not become it?

Why sit in a state you dislike and argue, when you can move into another state in your imagination? But once you have moved into the state of your fulfilled desire, don't be like Lot's wife. Don't look back at your former state and preserve it, for salt is a preservative.

Every conceivable situation that you could ever think of exists now as a fact in God but cannot be made visible to you until you occupy it, for you are God's operant power. Everything in this world needs man as the agent to express it. Hate or love, joy or sorrow, all things require man to express it. We glorify or condemn the man, but he simply represents a state which God entered knowingly or unknowingly and remained there until the state was externalized. Everyone is free to choose the state he wishes to occupy. You imagined yourself into your present state. If you don't like it, you must imagine yourself out of it and into another. It is all a matter of movement.

IF WE WOULD AWAKEN,

WE WOULD BECOME SELECTORS OF THE BEAUTY

OF THE GARDEN GOD HAS GIVEN US

Ninety-nine percent of the world waits for change to happen on the outside so they can reflect it, but that is no accomplishment. If we would awaken, we would become selectors of the beauty of the garden God has given us. We would single out an aspect we desire to express and deliberately change our attitude towards life itself.

The little fable of the fox and the grapes shows the importance of imagination. Failing to obtain the grapes, the fox persuaded himself that they were sour and, by imagining them so he evoked, within himself, a change of attitude thereby no longer feeling the same way about the grapes.

Although this little fable is on a negative, or tragic tone, you can take the same story and make it a positive one by contemplating your noble concept of life.

Although you may not appear to have the talent to realize your desire, do not claim its possession is beyond you and therefore sour. Rather, rejoice in the knowledge that it is yours. Do this and you will produce an emotional response which is necessary for seedtime.

AS YOU SOW, YOU REAP

THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS WITHIN YOU

It is easier to ascribe your feeling to events in the world than to admit that the conditions of the world reflect your feeling. However it is eternally true that the outside mirrors the inside. "As within so without." "A man can receive nothing unless it is given him from heaven," and "The kingdom of heaven is within you." Nothing comes from without; all things come from within - from the subconscious. It is impossible for you to see other than the contents of your consciousness. Your world in its every detail is your consciousness objectified. Objective states bear witness of subconscious impressions. A change of impression results in a change of expression.

The subconscious accepts as true that which you feel as true, and because creation is the result of subconscious impressions, you, by your feeling, determine creation. You are already that which you want to be, and your refusal to believe this is the only reason you do not see it. To seek on the outside for that which you do not feel you are is to seek in vain, for we never find that which we want; we find only that which we are. In short, you express and have only that which you are conscious of being or possessing. "To him that hath it is given." Denying the evidence of the senses and appropriating the feeling of the wish fulfilled is the way to the realization of your desire.
